Fee Structure (as of January 2022)Services provided by a registered psychologist - 50-Min Individual therapy/assessment/consultation: $200-$250 - One-hour report writing (when applicable): $200-$250 (based on the 50-min session rate of the clinician providing the assessment) Services provided by a Ph.D.-level clinician who has applied for registration with the College of Psychologists and is currently working under the supervision of a registered psychologist - 50-Min Individual therapy/assessment/consultation: $175-180 - One-hour report writing: $175-180 Services provided by a Ph.D. candidate who completed one-year internship training and is currently working under the supervision of a registered psychologist: - 50-60 Mins Individual therapy/assessment: $150 - One-hour report writing: $150 Services provided by a master-level clinician working under the supervision of a registered psychologist: - 50-60 Mins Individual therapy/assessment: $130 - One-hour pre-group meeting: $130 (required for group if client is seeing a clinician outside of our clinic) - One-hour report writing: $130 Group therapy led or supervised by a licensed clinician (e.g., registered psychologist, registered nurse): - Adult DBT skills group: $115 for each 2-hour weekly session - Multi-family adolescent DBT skills group: $160 for each 1.5-hour weekly session (fee covers one adolescent and up to two significant caregivers) Payment Methods: Payment is due at the end of each session. You may pay by credit card (visa or master card only, no American Express card or Visa Debit) or e-transfer. If you elect to pay by e-transfer, a credit card is required to be kept on file. If e-transfer payment for a session is not received within 48 hours of your appointment, the fee will be put through on your credit card. Insurance: Our services are not covered by MSP. However, many extended health benefits plans cover services offered by Registered Psychologists up to an annual maximum. Some plans also cover services provided by a master-level clinician supervised by a registered psychologist. You will be provided a receipt for the service you receive so you can submit it to your benefits plan for reimbursement. Before scheduling your appointment, please contact your insurer to find out the terms and conditions of your plan and annual coverage. Our clinic does not offer direct billing. Insurance companies will not share with us details of your extended health plan for confidentiality reasons. Further, our clinic is not an ICBC vendor. We do not currently accept ICBC cases. Cancellations and late arrivals: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel an individual session without charge. If you need to cancel, please contact your individual therapist. If your therapist accepts online booking, you would be able to cancel and reschedule your session using our online booking system. If a session starts late, it will end at the originally scheduled time with the same fee arrangement as for a full session. Please note that there is a no-cancellation policy for group sessions. This means that participants will be charged for missed sessions even with advance notice. However, individuals and families will not be charged for further sessions if they give 24 hours notice to withdraw from the group. Treatment is voluntary. Individuals and families could withdraw from treatment at anytime.
