Registered Psychologist – $200-$290

Registered Clinical Counselor – $155-$170

Ph.D. level clinician who has applied for registration with the College of Psychologists and is currently working under the supervision of a registered psychologist – $200

Ph.D. candidate who has completed one-year internship training and is currently working under the supervision of a registered psychologist – $150

Master-level clinician working under the supervision of a registered psychologist – $130
Also offers one-hour pre-group meeting (required for group if client is seeing a clinician outside of our clinic)

Group Therapy Fees

Led or supervised by a licensed clinician (e.g., registered psychologist, registered nurse)

Adult DBT skills group
2-hour session (weekly)
$115 per session

Multi-family adolescent DBT skills group
1.5-hour session (weekly)
Fee covers one adolescent and up to two significant caregivers.
$180 per session

Psychoeducation and ADHD Assessment Fees

Offered by a:                                                                              Registered Psychologist – $3,200

Fee covers an initial intake appointment, assessment, coding, interpretation of data, report writing, and final feedback session.

– $250 is charged for the initial intake appointment

– $1,350 is required to paid up front after the initial intake and before the first assessment appointment.

– The remaining 50% of the total fee payment ($1600) is required before the feedback session and report release.     


Frequently Asked Questions

What are my payment options?

Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept e-transfer, Visa or Mastercard. (We do not accept American Express card or Visa Debit). If you elect to pay by e-transfer, a credit card is required to be kept on file. If e-transfer payment for a session is not received within 48 hours of your appointment, the fee will be put through on your credit card.

Are your services covered by Extended Health Benefit plans?

Our services are not covered by MSP. However, many extended health benefits plans cover services offered by Registered Psychologists and/Registered Clinical Counselors up to an annual maximum. Some plans also cover services provided by a non-registered clinicians supervised by a registered psychologist. You will be provided a receipt for the service you receive so you can submit it to your benefits plan for reimbursement. Before scheduling your appointment, please contact your insurer to find out the terms and conditions of your plan and annual coverage. Our clinic does not offer direct billing. Insurance companies will not share with us details of your extended health plan for confidentiality reasons. 

Do you accept ICBC or WorkSafe BC cases?

Our clinic is not an ICBC vendor. Our clinicians do not accept ICBC and WorkSafe BC referrals.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel an individual session without charge. If you need to cancel, please contact your individual therapist. If your therapist accepts online booking, you would be able to cancel and reschedule your session using our online booking system. 

Please note that there is a no-cancellation policy for group sessions. This means that participants will be charged for missed sessions even with advance notice. However, individuals and families will not be charged for further sessions if they give 48 hours notice to withdraw from the group. Treatment is voluntary. Individuals and families could withdraw from treatment at anytime.

What happens if a session starts late?

If a session starts late, it will end at the originally scheduled time with the same fee arrangement as for a full session.
