What can I expect from therapy for my child?

In individual therapy for your child or adolescent, we will work together to set specific goals to achieve. Through a thorough assessment of your child’s experiences, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs.

The goal of therapy is to help your child or adolescent develop skills to manage their emotions and interactions, empowering them to become more independent in handling challenges. We use a balanced approach that combines teaching your child coping skills for change with helping them accept and understand their current experiences.
